The dignity of any woman must be safeguarded, protected and given the fullest attention in any society. In environments where livelihood and well- being compete with other pressing needs, the menstrual health of the girl child is mostly neglected and not given the required attention.

Therefore, I am pleased to introduce Circle of Life; an organization that seeks to empower and enhance the dignity of young girls in Minnesota and rural Africa through a sustainable sanitary pads supply program as well as mentorship and career guidance.

In our world today, women are expected to excel and compete favorably with the men, but the lack of access to sanitary materials sets these young women miles apart in the pursuit of success. When a young woman’s menstrual health is undermined, it equally cripples their confidence and their ability to fully function. I’m committed to play my part with the help of my team to bridge the gap and empower women to take their rightful position in their lives and community development.
